Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe - Medium Roast

If you've had coffee from Ethiopia then you know that you're going to get a delicious, fruity cup. We roasted this as a medium roast for a well-balanced & fragrant cup but without the tea-like traits a light roast would typically have (although we do love those).
