MEXICO, CHIAPAS - DARK ROAST

For the fans of dark roasts! This bean from Mexico, Chiapas is perfect for those who love bold bodied coffees with dominating notes of dark chocolate & graham cracker along with a subtle sweetness of honey to round out the cup.

Our favorite brew method is with a french press or moka pot. And we were especially surprised when we brewed it as a cold brew giving us an even bolder body that paired extremely well with (oat)milk.
